  9.           pbmclean - flip isolated pixels in portable bitmap

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.           pbmclean [-connect] [pbmfile]
  13.  
  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable bitmap as input. Outputs a portable bitmap
  16.           with every pixel which has less than connect identical
  17.           neighbours inverted.  Pbmclean can be used to clean up
  18.           "snow" on bitmap images.
